It's a testament to how highly I rate Jacque Walters' advice, that she was the first person I spoke to when I had the idea to create a Charitable Trust. Throughout the process of setting up the infrastructure and media for the Trust, Jacquie has provided me with invaluable strategic advice and great media. She also introduced me to an excellent web designer and photographer to do the work on the website and for subsequent articles. With Jacquie's help, I now have everything I need to promote the Trust. Yes its true, and how does a PR team save lives.... 2 years ago they got involved to help a group of coastguard volunteers who needed to raise 1.4m for a new Rescue vessel. While the team at Nelson Coastguard are at home on the water assisting those in need often in difficult conditions, we were not good at self promotion and telling our story . Step in WaltersPR who donated a considerable amount of their resource's to assist with funding applications, media coverage, campaign strategy and just telling our story. The end result : Full amount raised Vessel Hohapata Sealord Rescue launched last Saturday - ready to save lives at sea.......thankyou Walters PR for being by our side and helping us to save lives at sea.
