1st time ordering food from here tonight. Worst experience I have ever received at a KFC branch. It was a busy night, to have a staff member who is new to work on front counter serving customers and could not get the order correct, it took a while which I understand. I then had to wait nearly 25mins for my food, none of the staffed apologised for how long we had to wait, if it took you that long you would hope that they would pack the correct items of food in the takeaway bag. Unfortunately when i arrived home to pull the food out, i noticed that we did not receive our full order which I paid 45 dollars for. Totally feel ripped off and disgusted that you can take people's money and not give the correct food or not receiving items in your order. I will never eat at this KFC again.

Was bad experience with food the chicken was too oily and hips salt on chips yuck. The behaviour at the customer service named Mandeep. She was really rude. Teach her good customer service. We are not animals. They should respect us if they expecting respect from us Thank you

KFC is my definite favourite chicken place it's so juicy and crispy and the right places and great spices and herbs, the price could improve tho By the way I took the photo because it looked so good, I has to stop my sister before she even touches the food!

I went in tonight at 6:30pm and was served by the most polite and patient young person, Layce. Outstanding customer service as always and food was great.

Food ready in a timely manner. Food was nice and hot. Restaurant was clean. Only downfall was the look of the bathrooms.

Ordered front counter got hm , Part of order missing rang told we had to go back to pick up balance of what we paid for. Asked them to deliver it told they don't do deliveries from that store (lied to) why should I cover the cost for there error.
