Very helpful. There can be a lot of people in line waiting for the JP so I suggest you arrive there by 1245pm ready for 1pm start

I liked the service of CAB here. The staff is very kind and helpful. They are only Available after 1 pm though. Monday to Friday.

Quite busy so quite a wait for a JP.. Ensure you allow at least 30 mins wait time. Organised queuing system. A number of JPs working. Lots of leaflets in waiting area. Easy accès next to library.

Very frustrating! Phoned ahead to check there was a JP on site, was told that yes, there was, but only until 3.00 pm. Drop everything, drive to New Lynn, only to be told they had 'closed off' and tell me very officiously that their phone had not rung in the last hour. Well, I don't tell lies! They then tried to explain that maybe the phone was answered at another site. Not my problem!! If you are closing off customers early, please let your call answering service know! Its called "customer focus"!

I have been waiting for an hour and still didn't get to my number 8 as apparently it is up to JP who works there as a volunteer and allows himself not to follow the queue. It is a very unprofessional place. Be ready to be treated like an enemy
