Excellent staff inside the store & down by the pickup area. The guy down by pickup area, did his best to insure our TV was packed in the car safely. He didn't let us go until he felt we were secured! Awesome job, wish I had his name. The time we were down there was around 2pm on Thursday the 8th of April 2021. He needs an award lol

They need more staff and I must say literate staff to attend clients. I went there to buy mac I called one guy and he was heading to me but some other customer called him in between and he went with that guy and didn't even ask me to wait. I waited there for 40 min then other staff attended me.

Poor customer service. Went to the store with an intent to purchase a TV, after asking 4 people to help out with my question no one came to answer. Saying they will be right there in a minute. Store was not that busy and after waiting for 15 minutes I left the store. On the other hand JB Hifi, same location, same time, being busier than noel leeming, greeted at entrance and 2 people already asked me if I needed any help before I reached the TV section. Way better customer care than Noel Leeming. Would not recommend going to this branch.
