Its a big retail store full of good quality clothing footwear accessories etc beach and street wear helpful staff lots of specials and new stock. Great variety and also afterpay available I bought sunglasses and a pair of vans shoes. Changing rooms and wheelchair accessibility

Bad customer service spoke with Leah on the phone about my click and collect order, if it takes 3 days plus then people aren't checking their orders, as it literally says on invoice that it should take upto 2-3days for it to be ready, I called up and she said you will get an email when its ready like I know honey thats why I'm calling because I haven't got an email yet and its been 3days. I had to wait on hold for a while so she could figure out where it was, yeah I want to know too honey thats why I'm calling. Northbeach isn't that busy any way so why is it taking so long to get an order ready.

Great selection of clothing that is good quality and long lasting. Would recommend for anybody looking for some decent clothing. Is slightly expensive but is worth it in the long run. Good customer service and helpful staff.
