I was really disappointed with the carpet cleaning. The carpet looked no better after it was cleaned. I was told they use baking soda as a cleaner/freshener. Well it did nothing. I would not use this company again.

We were really disappointed in this service. We had a rental that had lots of stains in them red and brown. We really need a good job to be done. Unfortunately for chem dry the stains looked like they hadn’t improved, so asked them to return things and things went downhill quickly and customer service was really poor. We ended gettin another business in and they got all the brown stains out and faded the red to not look so bright.
Great awesome efficient service with competitive rates..nice not to have to wait so long for carpet to dry.
These guys were really quick and efficient. Will use them again.
