Very professional and timely service. I rang Gardiner Plumbing and the same day I received a quote. The next day they arrived to do the job. Job was done fast, by friendly professional people. I have used this firm on a number of occasions and they have been my preferred plumber for my rental properties. Marianne is always great to deal with you when you contact them and very prompt at organising a plumber. A number of months ago I had them around to look at some issues. They did so in a timely manner and rang to advise what work needed to be done and said they would send through an idea of costs for the job. I never heard back from them. I contacted them numerous times over the next couple of months. Each time I was advised they would be in touch in a couple of days. After over 4 months - I have given up and will be going elsewhere for plumbing jobs now. I would rather have been told they did not want or could not do the job, then I could have gotten onto another firm.
We had 2 new units installed one in our single toilet replacing a hand basin, also a new unit in our ensuite, the job was tricky, took a longtime to complete but the results were very satisfactory the plumber did a great job and didnt cut corners, did a thorough and tidy job!!
