Before I took class in Guitar Concepts, I attended guitar class for two years with another instructor but had little progress. Doing guitar lessons now with Burt and after only one term, I learned a lot more and became more interested to practice.

I started lessons with Burt when i was 8 I'm now 15.In this time i have won a school talent show,played at school prize-givings,won best performance at Inglewood cultural arts competition and I've performed as a solo act at the rhythm bar.I love guitar lessons with Burt because i always come across barriers in guitar playing and he helps me get over those barriers which without him i wouldn't get over .He also has taught me theory,scales,arpeggios and the modes.He is great at getting this over to me with shortcuts which are easy to remember and use.I always go away from my lessons with something new to learn and have learnt something.I am fortunate enough that he can also help me with music production and recording and recently even singing!without guitar concepts i doubt i would be as far with guitar as i am today playing pieces from 'ten guitars' to pieces by yngwie malmsteen, jason becker,Slash, the list carries on!
