We were very happy with the service received from the Auto Electrical guys. Not only did they come to find us when our battery went flat, they also made sure our car was safe to travel. Couldn't fault them at all. Good customer service and communication as well

I had never previously considered buying a Kia vehicle but the reviews which I read online persuaded me to visit the show room in New Plymouth. I am pleased to say that I purchased a Cerato after test driving it. I was impressed enough with the entry model; the value for money .the many safety features and the multi function electronic wizardry. After sales service and warranty guarantees fully justified the excellent reviews. I ordered an EX model which arrived at the due date. The finish of the inside and out is of a very high standard. The communication with the sales team was excellent. Overall I am totally satisfied.
