Great for rehabilitation exercises! For the whole family! Couples! Schools! Temperature controlled pool! Exercise items e.g. noodles, kickboard. Rules for use of swimming pool to help each and everyone of us stay safe. Staff is friendly. Welcoming.

What a great little complex. We visited for canoe polo. Adequate parking. Not really that good if you are in a wheelchair as it has a heavy single door you have to push open
