I needed to go to do some training I rang them up the first time didn't even come it was by now over 20 minutes. I rang again still waiting didn't know when they were coming so had to call another company.

Pre booked a taxi to the airport to pick up at 5:30am taxi driver IRONMAN called me 10mins before to inform he was already here and not to rush. He greeted me by opening the door and took care of my heavy baggage by putting it in the boot for me, His car was very clean with a pleasant scent and played opera on his radio. Never had a experience like this first thing in the morning. He was very polite and cheerful someone who really enjoys what he does.At the end of the trip he thanked me and appreciated my business. Reading all the negative reviews I was a bit worried but now I will always use New Plymouth Taxis thanks to IRONMAN.
Waited over an hour, Called twice only for the reception to lowkey get annoyed with me.
Due to such a bad rating I was worried the booked taxi wouldn't turn up. He arrived before 6am, was friendly very polite.

25.10 for the taxi ride no problem when i checked my bank account 31.50 was the debit 6.40 for a card payment what a bunch of cowboys .
