They tryed to pull the old theres heeps of rust under the window, we can take it down the road to get fixed lol, told them ill do it myself and they just acted like i was a idoit, anyways done the rust i literally used a bit of sand paper and splashed abit of paint on took me 5 minutes, then had to drive my car with no window back. Wouldn't go here ever again

I own a brand new car and had to wait 4 weeks for it to be ordered and fitted. The Toyota dealer I spoke to said it would only take 2 days for one to arrive and that there was 10 in the country, service from Novus was dissapointing....On picking up my car there were black marks on my car and blood on the driver's door.Inside there was shards of fine glass over dash board ,steering wheel ,leather seats and on the floor and a piece embedded in my dash speaker.The woman implied that my car could do with a wash... I answered it hadn't been done because of the broken window ,go figure Extremely disappointed in their house keeping and their mannerism....I will certainly not be entertaining using them again and will be warning others of the service I recieved.Who ever installed the window thou did a good job.

Put in the wrong screen which caused a number of issues. Novus denied any wrongdoing. Major time spent and hassles trying to sort. Insurance company brought in an assessor who verified the issues. Poor workmanship and completely unprofessional. Avoid these guys.

Poor service .Yes l arrived just before closing time for LPG fill up. Young guy filled it up and just left by the side of my camper. Yes, l can place and attach, however, business is tough and trust me a little service goes along way with me - l would not return there

Novus done a great job replacing my broken windshield on my Subaru. They went out the way to find me the correct windshield that has the heating element along the bottom and has a extra wide tint strip along the top so that was excellent. They also used a brand new molding for the install which I was very happy about. Friendly and helpful service which had extensive knowledge about doing the job correctly to a high standard as requested by me and all within a short time so I could get my WOF.
