Purchased furniture for our Commercial Premises and found the team at NZFW very helpful and easy to deal with. The whole process was made so easy and the furniture works well. Thank you.
Brought 2 2 seater recliners PU leather and within 4 months one unit had a tear appear on one join on the back of the seat, contacted NZFW and told it was sold without warranty. Then at 5 months another tear on the next join up. Contacted Consumer Affairs and told that NZFW was liable to repair, replace or refund. Contacted Jamie at NZFW and told they would COULD NOT/WOULD NOT stand by these seats. Ended up offering 165 to go away. This was not acceptable. These units were sold a commercial quality high grade seats. This is definitely not true so be aware that this company are not willing to stand by the rubbish they sell and i will be taking them to CONSUMER AFFAIRS ASAP. BE AWARE, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ANYONE ELSE BUY THESE? PLEASE GET IN TOUCH. UPDATE\u003eUPDATE\u003eUPDATE Due to my less than glowing review of Jamie Herd and his products he sent me a email WITHDRAWING his generous refund of 165. Jamie wanted me to ship these 2 recliners from Whangarei to New Plymouth AT MY COST with no offer of a FULL REFUND of the purchase price. Even tho these were sold to me with FREE FREIGHT he took 115 off the buy price and my quote was 200 to send back, I would be OUT OF POCKET 315. This also contravenes the consumer guarantee act. What a pathetic company and one that needs to be exposed for their shoddy products and even worse customer service and total disregard of NZ consumer law. STAY AWAY FROM JAMIE HERD AND HIS CHEAP CHINESE FURNITURE. MAYBE FAIR GO SHOULD GET INVOLVED.

NZFW is a brilliant company to work with. Their response time to questions and queries is second to none. I found our communications professional and fun. The product has improved our productivity and given us a space to be more creative and focused. As long as we need office furniture, we'll keep coming back, not only for the quality but the competitive pricing as well.
