Went to get some info on my plan. Forgot my wallet at home. Staff asked me bunch of questions to identify me to later told me they need a photo id. Despite the fact I have a picture on my phone, the phone with chip, the password to the account etc. When I asked if I could pay for my account they didn't hesitate to take my money without showing an ID.
