All sorts of cycling options for kids young and old. Have a crack on the BMX track, or help the kids learn how to follow the road rules on the mini road layout. Plus it’s a great kicking off point to ride to town and back.

Awesome place for little ones, there is a track for kids with give way signs, traffic signals, railway track, speed bumps and more. Very tidy and well maintained. It is fun and interesting way to teach kids road sense. Best place to visit and spend an evening if you have kids. There is an option to donate fund's too. Good for teaching kids to value public spaces.

Was a cold afternoon but the kids didn't seem to mind, and were really keen to head over to the cycle park for a play. Hardly anyone else around so we had the place to ourselves pretty much. Just such a good place for the little ones to begin learning about road sense, give way signs, traffic lights and so on, and a great big track for the braver ones to cycle around. Just managed to get into the car before the rain came, we will definitely be back

This is an absolutely amazing cycle park in a carefully selected serene and beautiful surroundings and very next to all related stuff e.g BMX track, kids cycle park with simulated roadside traffic signs. One can go there by car as plenty of car park available next to it...but the best way to get there could be through New Plymouth's world famous coastal walkway/cycleway. I hope the coastal walk and cycle way would be soon paved up all the way from New Plymouth to this place...and further to Waitara.

Absolutely amazing peice of publically funded fun. The kids absolutley love it and parking is super easy. Sheltered area under a sun shade, perfect spot for an ice cream
