Taranaki thermal spa is such an amazing peaceful relaxing place and I thoroughly enjoyed my time spent here I will be back and will be booking the spa and massage package next time. And to the amazing staff thank you was an amazing experience.

Oh yes.....this was the best thing I did in my life for that day .... was So relaxing ...forgot about hubby about son ... about tough motherhood and just stayed 30 min in love and peace ... hired a private spa.. was beautiful.

Been here plenty and had great experiences, now it seems the quality has dropped considerably the cleaners used to be as quiet as they can but Tonight they sounded like the mop was a fly swatter thumping it around. Also there were a really loud group and I actually had to tell them to shut up its not a coffee shop its there for people to relax and the staff should warn people that and actively keep on top of it. If we wanted loud kids splashing and bleating people people we would spa at the aquatic center.

Really enjoy coming here! I take myself here often, it is so relaxing and the staff are amazing. The water is always a super nice temperature, Will definitely be returning. Only downfall was I decided to take my partner here for a quiet soak in the spa at night but were a group of guys being super loud next to us also watching stuff on their phone loudly :(
