Very friendly and inviting staff. Tried kennels in our new location but none came close to the service this amazeballs team provides. We now make the 6 hour round trip just to use these kennels :)
Highly recommended! Our dog has been going to day care at K9 Clipz for a few months now and we just had her in for her first overnight stay. The team are not only super understanding with our nervous dog, but also her nervous parents! Thanks for looking after her so well :)
We were recommended this place by someone who had previously had a good experience there. Someone else had to drop our boy off but when we went to collect him the reception from the young lady in the office was far from friendly. We were passed our puppy through the window and handed his belongings. We got home and discovered his lead was missing. When we contacted them they said it's not here. We were told "We don't take leads" and offered no apology or anything. We will not be back.

The team here are ways friendly and great us with a smile. We got a tour on the first day and updates everytime we pick up the pup. Great place and awesome staff.
We have been sending our puppy who sinced 4 months old several times to K9 clip.. each time, we found the staff were not very patient with us when we want to ask questions. and today, shocked of our email one of the staff that dont send my puppy anymore to K9 clip.This is the reply. and we are very disappiointed as we werent told by anyone of them until coming several times to K9. My puppy is a very friendly dog, doesnt bite, only bark at dogs. She is only 6 months plus as of today. We wont be back at all . dont recommend our friends From the staff Unfortunately Yiyo doesn't play nice with dogs and because we are a social kennel it makes things a little hard for us At this stage I have said that we can take her when we are quiet but during busy periods like school holidays/public holidays etc, we will not be able to have her sorry I have given your Husband another business card of a kennel that would mybe more suited for her as they do not run dogs together :) Cheers 1299c Rangitikei Line Newbury Palmerston.North 06 353 5554
