Grace was so helpful and gave great advice. She also worked hard and fast to show my a variety of options and allow me to try on a range of dresses within my fitting appointment. I am so grateful for her help. I would encourage any bride to visit here as all the dresses are absolutely beautiful.

Hi there, I just wanted to send a big Thankyou to your team and in particular Fritz! He helped me find my dream dress at a sample sale you held late last year. I was meant to be married in April of this year but unfortunately we had to postpone due to covid. Jordan and I got married in October at Kumeu Valley Estate. I had so many compliments on the dress so I thought I would share some photos with you! I had the absolute best experience ever at Jessica Bridal. It was the first and last place I went to to try on dresses as I found my dress that day! For my initial appointment, I had Adele. She was so lovely and was really helpful with adjusting the dresses. I had my follow up appointments with Fritz, who is just as lovely and helpful as Adele. The whole team make you feel so welcome and nothing is a problem. I can't wait to wear my dress for my wedding day :)
Unfortunately there was nothing special about trying wedding dresses on at Jessica Bridal.. the dresses were beautiful and a good price point however the assistant I got put with (1 of the many) couldn't have been more uninterested if she tried. Coming straight from a previous appointment where the experience was magical (a glass of bubbles, an extremely attentive assistant and just an all round beautiful shop) Jessica Bridal was a huge let down, the experience is supposed to be special, you only find your wedding dress once.. there was one dress I really liked but when I imagine myself buying it there it makes me not want to get it as it would just be a normal shopping transaction. Not to mention you pay 50 for the fitting and what do you get from it? Nothing in my opinion. My helper didn't even help me get into any of the dresses, which can be quite a task at times.
Jessica Bridal was a dreamy experience. The ladies there were so lovely and helped me find my dream dress and made an effort to make the sample dress fit me to get the full vision. I am so excited to come back again!
Jessica Bridal was so amazing. Not only was there an amazing range of dresses to try on but the lady that helped me went above and beyond. She very quickly worked out what kind of bride I was and made the entire experience so much fun (i was so nervous going into it) and was SUPER helpful. I ended up walking away with a dream dress! Would highly recommend!

We met Adel for our appointment. She was super friendly and inviting. She asked how much I was looking to spend and styles and took this on when choosing dresses for me. She gave her opinion as we tried on different dresses and nipped and tucked them when needed. A really great hour and I’m feel excited to come back for a retry.
