Shopped at the new store 20mins ago by the way 20mins to closing time. Looking forward get more bakeware however, greeted with a very unwelcomed lady that indicated we shouldn't even be there because we are holding her up closing up and was told that the sale is still in till January. Very disappointing with that attitude.

A beautiful store featuring high end cookware. I have several pieces and love visiting Le Creuset whenever I am in Auckland to see what is new. There is even a pet range available now! Service is a bit hit and miss ranging from over attentive to being completely dismissive.

Absolutely fantastic customer service and great shopping experience! The team has done a lot extra to push the customer service to another level, especially the store manager David, who truly indeed works on the customer’s best interests. He responded to the problem promptly and solved it for me beyond my expectations TWICE! And the lovely girl Tabitha, made very friendly and welcoming ambiance in the store. Everyone was very patient helping me around. Very much appreciated!

Le Creuset were a pleasure to deal with. We had a fault with our pan, rang and spoke to them, posted it to Auckland and within a week we had a new one arrive at our door. Thanks so much for making it a seamless task.

OMG! The worst customer service I ever had before. I was totally ignored and I was the only customer in the store with two poker face sales staffs. I purchased couple of the items,but it feels like I was begging them to sell that to me.
