Ordered antihistamines through their website and paid for delivery to my isolation hotel as recently returned from Sydney. Nothing but a disappointing experience unfortunately. Delivery time was beyond what was stated so cancelled the order as it would not arrive by the time I checked out. To follow up the order initially, when calling their 0800 online order phone number at 4:00pm on a weekday there was no response with an automated message claiming “large call volumes with long wait times”. An option to leave a voice message was given (but not to stay on the line and wait) then the call was disconnected by their end. I phoned the other 0800 number (for general inquiries) to which I was informed that staff were sent home early hence not taking calls at the online order phone number. I then cancelled the order and requested a refund. This was accepted. However, when following up this, I received confirmation from their courier, NZ Couriers, that the order was being returned to the sender with my delivery address crossed out - this confirmed that my cancellation had been actioned. After noting this, I am then informed by LifePharmacy Newmarket (which processes their online orders from their main website) that I will not be having the refund processed until they receive the product back from NZ Couriers, given their slow delivery pace this could be up to a week or longer. When I raised this with LifePharmacy there was no understanding displayed and were unwilling to return the funds to me yet not having received the item and it being returned to them. I’d you’re after fast delivery, efficient online pharmacy orders, perhaps look beyond LifePharmacy (Newmarket).

Hello Cherubs. Can you thank the ladies at your Life Pharmacy shop in the Westfield shopping mall for me. I couldn't find it on the Westfield Directory. I entered the shop to do a browse and saw the time. I was waiting for my Specsaver appointment which was at 5.pm and didn't realise till I saw my watch, that it was in 5 mins. So I ended up passing though. Small shop though. Do you feel claustrophobic? It was spotless. I felt nervous to browse for perfumes. I have a 40 voucher. But I used your hand sanitizer instead, and wasn't bothered at all by any staff, though they were on point at each of their respective counters. Thank you and again for hand sanitizer. Not sure it's my kinda shop, but it's bound to be for someone and other shoppers. :) :)

Such a lovely new store but very disappointing to see the pharmacist (in the dispensary) eating from a KFC box at 9.00 pm and other staff walking by helping themselves to fries. A very poor look. Surely there is a staff room provided for food consumption? Also having air condition piping/ducting hanging down from the ceiling into the dispensary .... to the floor, ( I assume blowing air) seems rather unhygienic also. Is this the right environment to be handling and dispensing medicines ? I took my Rx to the other Pharmacy in the Mall instead.

Nice and very friendly staff. They will ask you do you need help or not, if you are all good they will let you browse around. Not going to make you feel awkward. Feels easy to ask questions about sensitive subjects and medicine and they are very reliable and attentive when serving. Very good at cross selling I tell you that. And always remind you what's on sale and collect your points.

Went to this store today, the pharmacy side of staff was super nice and helpful. The cosmetics side of staff were really arrogant and talking loud in foreign language in public.
