Great selection of frames. And very talented optometrist. I have a right eye which drifts and the optometrist did a thorough job making sure the prescription was correct. Amazing job!

Went today to buy glasses from OPSM at Westfield. The optometrist was quite helpful and friendly. He was patient with me in the selection of glasses and lenses options. He made sure to explain everything to me without any rush.

Written on behalf of my wife: Terrible customer service! The staff are rude and not at all helpful or interested in solving problems. Firstly I called numerous times and the phone seems to ring and ring. Finally I got an answer and asked to speak with someone about getting contact lenses, I have ordered contact lenses through OPSM Newmarket before but the prescription had expired so they said I needed to come in and have them checked again. I asked to make an appointment at lunchtime on Saturday, the man I spoke to told me that he can't book an appointment between 12pm and 3pm as they keep these open for other customers! I was baffled by this and thought it was very strange but made an appointment outside of these times. The optometrist was really great and helpful and once I had decided on the contacts I needed I went to reception to order them. I picked them up a week later and opened the box a few days after and noticed I had only received one contact lens! I called to query this as I was expecting two contact lenses, one for each eye. The lady I spoke with said she would find out and call me back straight away. Two days later and I still had not heard back. I called and spoke with the same lady and she said they hadn't called me back as they were very busy. I spent 20 minutes trying to explain again to the lady that I only had 1 contact but needed 2! She asked me to bring the box in and show her. I then asked to speak with someone else. The other lady advised me there had been a mix up and they only ordered 1 box but should have ordered 2. Why on earth would I only want 1 contact lens!! This is extremely frustrating to say the least. I will not be going back to OPSM Newmarket ever again and strongly recommend others not to waste your time and money here.

I was at Westfield yesterday when I went to grab my sunglasses out of my bag and realised one of the lenses had fallen out due to a missing screw. OPSM was the first place I stumbled across. Even though I didn't purchase the sunglasses there the woman who served me was friendly and polite and screwed my lens back in for me - with no charge. Excellent service. Really appreciate it!

Angela, the optometrist is amazing and really takes her time to go through everything thoroughly. However, not sure if the store is understaffed, but called over 5 times the day before but no body picked up and it just kept ringing.

10 for a pair of nose pads is absolutely ridiculous! Got those changed before at previous Broadway store and Queen Street for free. I guess the rent in Westfield is high then? Oh btw perhaps you can tell your consumers how much you gonna charge them before you do anything! Terrible services, terrible experience.
