I went to Cosmetic Clinic Newmarket for a full microdermabrasion and the whole experience from start to finish was 10/10! The clinic was clean and welcoming on arrival and my therapist Nikayla was an absolute dream! She explained each step she was completing, gave me information on all the products, and most importantly, my skin has been glowing ever since-highly recommend!

I had the lovely Karen, injectable nurse. Give me 1ml filler. I am so happy with them, she did such a great job! she was very gentle and also very caring. She listened to what I wanted and delivered that exactly. Would highly reccommend her and her great work and friendly professional approach. The newmarket clinic is easy to get to from auckland CBD and all the staff are very helpful and friendly.

I finished my full leg treatment early 2020 in another clinic. In December 2020, I bought a maintenance treatment from this clinic. While I told the lady that I already had treatments before and the lowest intensity on the instrument is not going to remove the hair left on my knee she confidently said that the hair will be gone and she treated the hair on my knee with the lowest intensity on laser instrument. After two weeks I gave them a call and complained about that the treatment didn't work, they asked me to wait for two more weeks and then get back to them. After two more weeks again I went to see them and that was when the lady asked me to go to the previous clinic and bring the instrument intensity that they were treating me with. They wanted to charge me for the second treatment but their manager waived that for me. Long story short, while the other clinic treatment showed degree of 11 in their notes, they just gave me treatment with intensity of 9, which means the hair are not gone again! I had to drive 45 km three times to get a treatment which I could have gotten in the first session and still they didn't provide the appropriate service!! PS: To reply to your reply: how you are saying that you were following the safety as I clearly mentioned to you that I have already done laser 12 times and the degree of 8 is not enough! I know about lasers as I have studied about it and laser degree of 8 is for someone first or second treatment not 13th treatment. Also, the notes I brought from other clinic clearly showed that I had treatment with degree of 11, but you gave me treatment with degree of 9 which didn't work. It is not good to decrease the degree of instrument and increase the treatment sessions to make more money!

I experienced my first microdermabrasion treatment yesterday with Nikayla and WOW it was amazing. Nikayla is very knowledgeable, talked me through the full 10 step process and had me feeling very comfortable. The room was bright, welcoming and super clean. I cant fault the Cosmetic Clinic New Market or Nikaylas workmanship. The process itself was painless and very relaxing. I would highly recommend this treatment to others. Nikayla also recommended a new skincare regime for me which is perfect as I have only ever used Olay. Thank you Nikayla for providing a professional 10/10 experience.
