Generally always good to call in, especially for a catch up with some of the staff, Julie in particular, she is a really neat lady and a huge asset for this company. Everyone else is also generally happy, helpful and asking if one requires help in any way. This is up in the showroom, at the service area plus the tire shop, just everywhere, I enjoy just popping in for the good coffee and great people. If you want a fantastic car you cannot go passed the AUDI, there is something available to meet most people's needs, great display of different models and helpful, not too pushy sales staff.

My car was running fine, it had only done 60 K. I took it in for servicing and the service was done promptly but the engine light came on within two days of the service. The job was done very poorly and they charged a high price as well. It is the holiday season and now I do not have a car which I can drive. I have called them multiple times and left message too but with no response whatsoever. They did not even offer a courtesy car. This is my worst customer experience.
Very helpful and knowledgeable sales staff, excellent after sales service and just a general feeling of customer care. Buying an Audi is an experience not just a transaction, and it certainly feels this way at Continental. Highly recommended
We bought our first company car - Q2 thru Allen Lu who always provides excellent customer after sales services, no doubt he is the best salesperson we ever dealt with in Auckland and even got a blessing message from him on my birthday. Just sent the car for 2nd year servicing which is great. Allen definitely is an asset in Continental Audi - Thank you so much for the great services. complete ripoff and takes advantage of people with no knowledge of mechanics. doesnt ask and fills up you AdBlu tank at 300% of the market rate for Adblu per litre. charge 70 for labour toreplace a pollen filter (5min job). go elsewhere.

Recently bought a car form Allen and the team at Audi Continental after almost 6 months of on and off researching. Allen and the team were FANTASTIC to deal with. Very knowledgable about the car pros/cons and quick to respond, super patient and accomodating with all my requests. Allen organised a few test drives including two overnight drives which really allowed us to get to know the car better. I know many sales folks out there talk the talk when it comes to sales and service however this team really walks the walk in terms of service! In addition am super happy with the car itself and the 3 year Service plan 5 year Warranty is hard to beat with other Makes (I have tried...). I would highly recommend Allen and Audi Continental Newmarket.
