Edit : after writing below review and speaking to the Manager, a few attempts of cleaning, and finally my coat came out perfect. Thank you Wish I had read these reviews before I took my expensive puffer coat there. Had some grease stains, was told they could get them out. Went to pick up. It had patches of chemical stains that stood out far worse than the grease. No one had phoned to tell me! They said they would try to do it again. Still no phone call. I had to phone them, to be told it still looks the same. No apology etc. Have informed them I will pick my coat up, but not paying them. Taking this further to the Manager!
Curtains came back with white fluff all over them and with new brown water marks at the top of the backing material. The minor water marks on the bottom of the curtains that had been there before cleaning were certainly gone, but these new brown marks are much more obvious. None of this was mentioned while I was in the store and I had to make 2 trips to pick up as they were not ready on the date given and I was not informed of this until I turned up to pick them up. They were ready 3 days later. Not very happy at all with this service and the lack of discussing new stains with me and coming to a solution. Will not be going back.
There was a delay in the return of my shirt (dropped off Tuesday, agreed collection Thursday, ultimately collected Friday). I was also disappointed to find both cuffs of my shirt were soiled. The main advantage was the parking immediately out the front.
