Speedy, friendly roadside service at 9pm (through AA) and a quick turnaround the next day at the shop. Really nice staff who were helpful and made sure to get the job done as fast as possible so I could be on my way.

These people are superstars! I broke down about 20km from Ngatea. Rang AA in a real flap. They sent Total Auto to give me a tow. When “Fish” turned up with his tow truck shortly afterwards I was the happiest girl on the planet. He was very obliging and kind. Took my vehicle back to his workshop in Ngatea. There were several things that could have been done, Fish gave me the cheapest option (charge the batteries overnight rather than put in an expensive new one so I had enough charge to get home to my regular mechanic). I can’t recommend these people highly enough. Enthusiastic, honest, professional and thoroughly likeable. Thank you so much!

Great Service! Would highly recommend. AA call out after hours to fix a tyre got me sorted then followed him back to the workshop and Fish (yes that's his name) fitted and balanced two new tyres. Thanks Fish you're a star.
