Shocking that they have huge areas where rubbish & recycling is not done. Yet it is just around the corner. Im speechless

Revenue gatherers who charges 107 for special water meter reading. Watercare charges 25 and TCDC charges 35. Shame on you guys!!

The biggest thanks to our council for attending to the sinking road side out side of Queen Street property. It was dealt to and all upper Queen street Road users are now conscious of why they had to take wide births while passing cars parked outside on the kerbside. Also for the signage addressing our ever growing 'freedom campers'. this has not stopped but has slowed down the numbers. I look forward to the work yet to be completed on Pukeiahua and hope the weed contracters have enforced safer measures for the use of chemicals around the public as well as themselves. Cheers Ngaruawahia District Council.

I have been in on two different occasions now trying to figure out concents and permits for property's I'm looking to buy and both times I have had the best service. I wish I had got the names of the two women I dealt with because they were amazing and went out of their way to help me out. I have worked in customer service for 9 years so I know what good service looks like and these ladies were fantastic. Well done to the team there.

WDC were too quick to grant a MSW consent to a local coalmine after years of fines for illegal dumping of tyres and other rubbish not covered by consent. Even illegally shut a section of public road at request of Coalmine owner. It was admitted in environmental court. No cooperation in this topic.
