It had been a while since I last went to Harvey Norman. Today I needed to purchase three major items, a fridge, a dishwasher and a Rangehood. My apprehensions quickly vanished after meeting Jan from the appliance department. Jan was absolutely wonderful , she tried her best to get us a good deal and we eventually walked away as happy customers. In addition , I must mention that Harvey Norman Te Rapa has excellent service and it is so good to see an example and meet sales Reps like Jan. Highly recommend this store.

Chris whiteman is the man!! Recommend asking for him if you want to buy anything in furniture. Will be going back to buy a couch near the end of this year. He knows his stuff

Pretty much only go here for the two sales people. The manager in furniture is always a pleasant person to talk to and very patient and knowledgeable. Brian in homeware/ovens is just the best, gave us brilliant service when both purchasing and when an issue came up later regarding one of our purchases.10/10 only shop there for them.

Store room staff fantastic. Sales people (especially the guys) will push as hard as they can til they get that better commission and fill your man's head with lies to buy the guy couch instead of the family couch. Yeah I see your deceptive smiles you slimy busters. Plus took over 12 weeks to arrive and we had to pick up or wait even longer

If you know what you want. Good stop lots of variety. Electronic section found difficult to understand assistant and they could have been more enthusiastic!
