Amazing customer service. I have only asked for the parcel to be sent via post that day as I needed it to arrive before the weekend, and they went out of their way to deliver the item directly to my door. Absolutely amazing, can't rave enough about this gift shop! Thank you so much!

Outstanding customer service, and the pendants I received are beautiful, authentic, and of very high quality. I originally contacted this store looking for a carved greenstone pendant of a very specific style that I couldn't find anywhere else. Goina went out of her way to find it for me through a local carver. She was very courteous, kind, and friendly, and kept me updated frequently. She was so incredibly lovely to work with, and was very kind in answering all of my questions. Shipping was also extremely fast, even for an overseas order. This store is truly committed to exceptional customer service and friendliness (it was lovely to chat with you, Goina)! My spouse and I are enjoying the pendants we received immensely, and are getting lots of compliments on them. There are many wonderful items in this store, and the customer service is second to none, so I will be a repeat customer for sure.
