The old lady in there is very rude . I have witnessed her putting her nose in the air laughing and judging middle to lower class people who walk past her shop in the mall... ... The young Indian fella who works in there is just the same , Very blunt and treats you like a number Anyway There was a lady standing behind me in line , that she waved at thatt she obviously knew ... I had a question about the lotto tickets ... .So she very bluntly said " READ THE INSTRUCTIONS ! " And directed me to the side counter . ... Then she very happy had no problem at all talking to these people who were standing behind me for at least Ten minutes . And then I had to stand again in the line behind her and her friends to finish there conversation .! She decided to process her friends tickets only when I stood in line again ! Leaving me waiting even longer ... ! Filthy service from the lottery shop which is inside the Highbury birkenhead mall .
