Disability access Yes Parking 5 places, Facing the YMCA building i.e if facing Horizon/AUT they are on left. Yellow line parking at cost.

Love the lady who does my scans, very attentive & explains everything thoroughly, always get lots of photos, takes the time to get all views and sometimes seems just as excited as we are for baby - I go monday mornings usually & one thursday afternoon, try to book these days if you can - shes amazing

Had appointment Friday 11 September 2020 at Northcote and a very friendly welcome from reception followed by a friendly and very caring lady who did the ultra sound examination. Thoroughly recommend.

Horizon cancelled my 12 weeks pregnancy nuchal translucency scan on the day, and could not offer anything at any of their other clinics on the day or the next day. As people know the nuchal translucency scan should ideally by undertaken between 12 to 13 weeks and I booked 3 weeks in advance to make sure I had my appointment within that week. They need to sort out stand in radiologists because not everyone can easily take time off work in such short notice. The service came across as irresponsible. Would not recommend.

Two stars for reception, but not happy with one of the sonographers, very serious, moody foreign lady, hardly smiled or spoke to us, when she did it was pretty unfriendly and made us feel very awkward. Not a great experience when you come in excited to see your baby.

My first time calling to this place to get an appointment. I felt like don’t want to go further with them because of the call centre lady who spoke to me. She was sleeping I guess and don’t want answer my questions in a polite way. Her voice was very low I barely understands what she is explaining.so I asked her to repeat few things and she was rude about it. So my point of contact was not good at all.

I agree with the review below. I tried to make a booking, but the lady with a very low voice was very rude. I could barely understand what she said. She said something I couldn’t hear clearly and just hung up. I called again and finally another lady helped me with an appointment, but I decided to cancel it as the call with the previous lady made me doubtful of everything with this place.

My first time being here I absolutely fell in love with the way I was greeted and welcomed , I told the lady I was worried if something was wrong and she zoomed really close up on baby to show me they are ok and their heartbeat is good
