Best place to eat in Cooper's Beach. Although, to be fair, it is the only place. Nice people, but limited choice of food..

I just had a very yummy meal at Out Of The Blue Takeaways Coopers beach. They have new management and they are so friendly and efficient. Their shop is very clean and their food is nice . I ate in and had butter chicken and rice , it was the best I have had.i also had a couple of Scallops they were fresh and tasty. I believe they are opening their bar and the rest of the Restaurant in the near future, that will be great for the locals and passers by, they even have a pool table . I ate here with my mum and sister on a Saturday evening. We sat inside to eat, the lady who served us was very accommodating. As for the food, it was reasonably priced (cheaper than my local standard fish and chips) but the quality of the food is far from standard! All freshly cooked so we waited about 10 minutes which was well worth it. And the portion size was large so make sure you visit this place when you are fairly hungry! I will definately be back again, and doubt I would order fish and chips anywhere else but this place ...thank you!
Honestly so disgusting!! Will never eat here again. The fish was not battered in traditional batter but instead something overly crispy that seemed to be burned to the outside of of the fillets (which were so overcooked it was like chewing on an old jandal) (AND overly fishy tasting a if the fish were old and definitely not fresh) the chips were barely edible, soggy and greasy and tasted of old cookin oil. And the burger with its soggy lettuce, and precooked budget patty was one of the worst I've ever tasted. We ordered 2 pieces of fish, a burger and 1 scoop of chips and paid 30!!! Overpriced and seriously WORST quality I have ever experienced!!! Would not even recommend this place for my dogs. Although the seagulls didn't seem to mind any of it, they got a pretty expensive meal out of us.
Had the new bacon egg muffin must say very delicious and the chips are really good quality as well fully satisfied by the new ownership.
Fish was over priced and uneatable. The 7.00 snapper had an undesirable smell and I could bend it in half without it breaking into two pieces. Chips were good. I'm a local and that is embarrassing to Coopers Beach. Guaranteed to get food poisoning there. Have some pride in your food and the Far North.
Was a huge dissapoinment ordered a decent amount and got really small, bait fish tasting pieces.
good food and friendly staff will visit once again ,had fish n chips and tasted really good.and was not very expensive either.they have indian food too .staff was friendly too
