Absolutely appalled by a staff members actions who happens to be a family member I do not speak too. Came in to get a new phone, she wasnt even present in the building for the most part of the time I was in their dealing with the manager. I have found out that said person has gone around telling her friends and goodness knows who else around town that I was in in the shop lashing out and causing a scene because I couldn't get insurance on my phone, which is totally untrue, unprofessional, and defamatory. Reflects poorly on the store and the manager. You can expect a formal complaint shortly.

Good to honest free advice and help! And a bin for dropping off old worn out phones etc for recycling. Plus new phones, covers etc. Nice staff. :-)
