Beautiful reserve with bbqs to use, reminds me of Straddie in Australia Its a shame about the litter though!
In November with the pohutakawa blooming, Mahy Reserve is beautiful. The water from the creek running into the beach is polluted though.
Good place to exercise dog, hunt for pipi's have a picnic and camp.
