Great location if you are doing the Tongariro Crossing or the Ski slopes. A nice warm spa to enjoy after hours of walking and the customer service was great! Rooms were very clean and comfortable to sleep in. Will definitely go back and stay

I had a great stay at LKNZ, was warmly welcomed despite a late arrival - given a clean, tidy and warm room to stay for the night. After a great hot shower in the morning and making myself a cup of coffee I opened the window to the most sensational view of the mountain on a bluebird day. Thanks team, see you again soon.

Beautiful mountain view from the room 33 in good weather. Nice and tidy room, kitchen, bathroom and lounge area extra ordinary movies collection just because weather wasn’t good and roods were closed we stay whole day indoor. Will come again and also recommend family and friends

Good location and plenty of space for parking. Room and bathroom were clean. Bed was comfortable, internet was good too. Friendly staff. Good cafes and restaurants within 5 min walking. Will stay here again.

We booked the Tongariro Crossing package - From check in to check out, everything was smooth and easy. The room was clean and tidy, had a perfect view of the mountains, staff gave us useful tips about being ready for the shuttle in the morning etc. When we got back from the crossing, the spa and sauna was ready. Other guests were lovely too, had good banter. Day of checkout we had the breakfast, seriously good breaky - restaurant level! Overall amazing experience, would definitely recommend and planning to stay again :) Thanks heaps!

We were very pleased with our Grab One deal staying at LKNZ for 2 nights. Very clean, comfortable beds and friendly owners. Our breakfasts were scummy and a great way to fill up and start our day. Hot tub was lovely although would be good to have an umbrella to cover it as it was very sunny. We can't thank you enough and highly recommend others to stay here.
