Fantastic service. Book online. They help you get shoes, clothes, helmets your size on the day, and will adjust skies to fit you. Also remember to have the same socks when you try on the snow boots as what you will be wearing when skiing( otherwise you may not get the boots on).

A-M-A-Z-I-N-G experience! The staff here are superstars and soooo cool! Thank you guys for your patience with all my dumb questions and being super amazing from pick up to drop off. Highly recommend these guys if it's your first time going out skiing or snowboarding
We are sorry that we get there 10min late after the shop closed, although I don't think we deserve those terrible words from the old manager ("why you are fxxxing late"). Except for that, honestly speaking, this shop does worth a 4.7 rating for their service. It's an interesting although strange contrast between the rude manager and kind staff, pretty much like a fly in a tasty soup. Worth experience for curious people. (take a look of other bad comment, I think we are talking about the same person)

Top service, top knowledge and all the staff are top people. I am so glad I went in there and not somewhere else. Now its the only ski shop I will visit. Head in there and you will get looked after.
The staff was super lovely and helpful and offered to set up my board without charge when I wasn't even a paying customer yet (but will be my go to now)! Very friendly and definitely recommend
Even though most of the staff members are helpful and friendly, there is one staff who was impatient and rude to me when I went for an exchange around 4.30pm on Saturday 18th. 1. the bindings I got had some issues(coming loose easily). but when I talked to the staff he insisted the bindings were fine, and it was my misuse that caused the issues. I had to ask he multiple times to get a new set of bindings, which worked perfectly on the second day. 2. I also asked for an exchange of a 160 cm snowboard (my height is 184 cm), but he gave me a 155 cm board and told me to trust his "professional" opinion : "the shorter board would not make much difference". Unfortunately on the next day when I tried it on, my boot would overhang too much on the toe side because the 155cm board is not wide enough. This caused my boot to drag in snow thus making toeside turn extremely difficult. I understand that you guys are quite busy during that period but please tell that staff to be less reluctant and more respectful to the customers.
Our group didnt go here due to similar unprofessional behaviour from the same person the last time some of our group hired equipment. There was a fair bit of discussion about him. .
