So relaxing. Soaking in our own private hot tub with views of the mountains. Each hot tub has its own private changing room. Great way to unwind after a days driving.

A great relaxing spot after a long drive or a long day. We went there Saturday at 9PM to watch the sunset and was magnificent view and the staff were so nice and friendly. Definitely worth the drive and money to visit this place. Hint, We got a 10% discount when using the Top10 holiday card.

Relaxing, private steel tubs tucked away in the South Island's alpine wilderness. Water sourced straight from the mountains fills each tub, heated to the perfect temperature by wood fire. You'll enjoy the rustic scent of wood char as you melt into the natural warmth and take in panoramas of the snow-covered mountain landscape. Private changing areas beside each tub are a nice touch. I loved the generous 90-minute time slot — it's really the perfect length of time to relax and unwind, and even catch a few photos. A memorable experience. I'll be back.

A bit far but definitely a good relax on the way back from clay cliff. Wish there could be umbrellas holding themselves by the tub.

Amazing! Super private and a great experience. Hot tubs were easy to use/keep warm and had a decent time allowed. Great views!

EMMA (MANAGER) APPAULING CUSTOMER SERVUCE The "manager" Emma was awful worse customer experience I have ever received. Made us get out of the hot tube before our time to shower. When I phoned back to speak to a manger she answered. She hung up when I complained. This is not worth what you pay. Hold off and go to the better hot springs in queenstown where you can really relax and enjoy with real customer service. I really wish I had complained face to face. I am currently looking for the owners telephone number to highlight how bad his/her staff treat customers.
