Wow...where do we start?! Terrible service, attitude, pricing...you name it! Waited patiently for approximately 10 mins to order some overpriced wedges for the kids and were made to feel like we were an inconvenience the entire time we were there. Asked politely for some sauce, only to be charged an additional 4 for the guy to pour it out of a bottle! This guy needs to move on and let someone who actually cares about the community run the place...just awful and such a let down for such a beautiful place!!!

There was literally nothing in the store except for a few items on shelves, icecream and cold drinks. Wasted petrol money on the trip from opoutere
Very odd behaviour by the staff, acting like I'm wasting their time. Hygiene level was as low as their stocks (during peak summer). If you want a laugh, go down and purchase a 'Single scoop' ice cream. A very strange & upsetting experience.

Got a serving of takeaway hot chips - 5 for an average half a scoop, packed in a gross styrofoam box and served by a guy who made me feel like I was wasting his time.. don't waste yours.
Poor serivce. Spent most of the time serving me on their cellphone. Made no effort with basic communication. Had to ring the bell to get assistance despite already been seen waiting at ththe counter. Poor hygiene. Counters and surfaces had not wipped for some time, dirty appliances e.g milkshake maker. No gloves or serviette around ice cream cone. Consistently poor stock levels. Never seen such small single scoop icecream. Worth the 10 minute drive to Whangamata for a cold drink or ice cream to avoid stepping foot inside the place. Sort it out. Your bringing down the vibe at Onemana.
