Since then, we have grown to become a major developer and global supplier of compact and plug-n-play aerial firefighting technology. HELiFIRE™ Monsoon Buckets offer a wildfire proven aerial firebombing platform that can significantly improve helicopter pilots and wildfire managers capability to attack wildfires and assist ground crews in suppressing fires. Rural Fire Service’s Monsoon Buckets are renowned for their safety and reliability. They can be used for one-time release or multiple partial releases, this is a unique feature of our design. This unique feature allows the pilot or aircrew to dispense atomised water and water additives on target, every time. Unlike the Bambi Bucket and other variants, our unique design allows the Pilot to attack wildfires and support firefighting operations by: – Delivering multiple drops of water and fire suppressants directly along the fireline; or – Delivering multiple drops of fire-retardant substances ahead of the fire to slow its progress; or – Delivering a straight column of water at the hover to get into deep-seated hot spots, spars etc. The impact of the firebombing can be varied by the height and speed during the release.
