Bikes were late model, well maintained and presented. The staff were helpful and provided instructions on how to use before setting out. Bookings were easy via the web or by contacting them directly. Charging is available at the Timber trail lodge but if left in Eco mode there is more than enough charge to get you to the end of the trail. These ebikes are making this trail accessible to far more demographics which was demonstrated by those taking part. When I first undertook this ride back in 2014 it really was purely for experienced mountain bikers but now with the track improvements and the electric bikes just about anyone can experience this not to be missed adventure.

Amazing experience, super professional staff. Great yarns from Mike on the shuttle up. I used my own bike but the rentle fleet looks top notch and all the customers were really happy. Will definitely come again

Excellent service and prearrival communication. Interesting commentary during shuttle to track start. Hire e-bike excellent. Very friendly staff and even a nice cuppa at the end. Could not fault service. Highly recommend.

Great service provided from TT Shuttle. Awesome set up at the base where you can leave your vehicle secure. Shuttle to start of the trail was very interesting with a history lesson from Sarah the driver. Good job, I shall be back.

Victoria and staff were very welcoming and hospitable to us on arrival much appreciated Our e bikes were top notch no issues at all. Shuttle driver was very knowledgeable about the area and filled us in on everything on our way to Pureora. He even offered to be the photographer for all us cyclists at the beginning of the timber trail sign. We rode the whole 85km in 2 days and the Timber Trail Shuttle and Bike Hire base was super safe to leave our vehicles. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to do the timber trail. Staff know their stuff and were very helpful All equipment was in excellent working order.
