Totally bad experience ..... I pre order i phone 12 pro max on 7 Nov on that day I give them all the details and they place my order says its take 1 or 2 week but when I call online team they says your order is ready to collect when I check the tracking details the courier need to come queenstown store but it reached piha Auckland . Then I call customer care they says it need to come back warehouse then we are able to resend. Its almost a month guys its better you go with Spark and other provider they have really good service......

friendly place in convenient location, particularly for short-term tourists like me. I need you to travel Sam and they were helpful in guiding me to the right package and installing it and checking that at work. The whole thing was quick and efficient. Pricing was in line for New Zealand.

Queenstown is beautiful city , so I gave wedding anniversary for my elderly parents to travel to Queenstown. however upon landing my mother found her international roaming wasn't working. So I checked if there's phone store there and to my amazement I found Vodafone, our provider in Sydney is Vodafone too . I thought if my parents going to Vodafone , they can help check what is wrong with their roaming setting on the phone. I spoke to the man there on the phone from Australia asking if he can help check my mom roaming setting on her phone. he declined saying that they are Vodafone NZ and we needed to speak to Vodafone Aus. I understand they are different company. However, the person is there in front of them , I am asking their kind gesture if they can help to check the phone setting.... It need just 10 seconds of their time to go to my Vodafone app and check my parents international roaming option.. which I can do if I am physically there.. and I told them.. the answer is still No they are different company.. he said he needed to speak to manager and came back on the phone ,and still declining to help and referred us to check with Vodafone Aus. I eventually just spoke to a stranger on Queenstown street to check my mom's phone setting and within seconds they knew what I was talking about because it's easy just go to my Vodafone app and activate my mom's international roaming and all pending messages started coming through. That's how helpful this Vodafone store to elderly tourist.
