Food is always really nice and the staff are friendly. We go at least once a month sometimes twice. But this time was disappointing. We got blue cod and chips paid for two pieces of fish and instead of getting two whole fillets as you would expect to get when paying for two. We pretty much got one piece as the two pieces.
Had low and slow cooked pork shoulder. Yummy and really filling. Reasonably priced to.
Best pub food ever!! We go here every time we stay in Otematata after we tried it for the first time :) Thank you for being so hospitable as well.
We paid 146 for a night which in my opinion is slightly too much. The room was big and clean with coffee and tea available. The bathroom was old and it took ages to lock the doors and adjust water temperature. There was no lobby where we could sit and relax. Howver there is a nice bar area with nice drinks reasonably priced.
Great friendly service with homely food and nice atmosphere with good accomodation.
Just a beer. but great little hotel in mahone town
