We called in here on our way home . I have to say absolutely beautiful, there was a young awesome guy checking on people ordering, he was massive. Took us over to the screen where you put your order in and we had never used this before, this dude was fantastic helpful as and showed us right through the process. He should get a raise. The McDonald's was so clean and staff were absolutely awesome people BEST McDonald's in the north island.
The usual McDonald's goodness. However, one of the staff was sweeping the table with the broom used for the floor. I hope the tables are sanitised after that.
Usually just a quick stop over to grab some food and drink then continue driving back to Taranaki always quick service and very polite staff
One of the bigger Meccas before heading south. Great to grab a bite and have a stretch before continuing the road trip. Customer service requires improvement as there were no staff to take orders at the counter despite long queue and some customers just walked off after waiting. No smiles with service for sure, and it's fairly consistent every time we come here.
Pit stop on the way down to taranaki and back French fries and nuggets were fresh . It was worth the stop for our travels
Good service, reasonably clean, but not clean enough. Food was fresh and eatable!
They were making sure people walking through the door had signed in. Made sure spacing between bubbles were adhered to. Well done to that crew.
