From the moment we contacted Nick about our project, he responded the same day and followed up with a personal visit. He was open-minded, motivated, down-to-earth and came with all the necessary knowledge & skills. I have experienced many builders and Nick & the team have by far, been the best to deal with. Communication is the key to any successful project and these guys do it right and do it well. Absolutely stunning job done on our deck. Such a great company to deal with .. turned our dream into a reality. Created two levels so we could enjoy our view without need for obstructive deck railings etc. Listened to our ideas, made awesome suggestions, great communication, deck completed in great time with superb craftsmanship. We contacted them and kylie sounded very interested in quoting for our 2 bedroom extention. However we waited and waited with no reply from her after sending our plans to her as requested. After waiting approx' one month we sent numerous texts and emails asking if they were still interested. Kylie finally replied with a "yes of course we are" and said the quote will be with us soon. Another month later still nothing?! We sent more texts and reminder emails however, still no reply?! Now c'mon, It only takes seconds or minutes to let a customer know you are busy and will get back to them shortly. That's called customer service, or respect'' We are glad we found out the true nature of this companies attitude towards their customers before really committing. We have no dought their lack of communication would have carried on during the building process, which nobody needs! Very dispointing. Another poor service building company. Update ::::::::: After bosanac builders saw this review, they dropped off a quote. If you could call it that! This was clearly a rush job to try to keep face. There were no details at all on the quote, just a generic copy. Also 4800 to paint a timber fence???? (AND WE DIDN'T ASK FOR A FENCE PAINT! ) Waste disposal in sink removed 3800???? Rotten piece of timber 800mm long on window sill replaced 4200???? Basic Handrail for steps 3200???? I have had two respected building companies look at your quote and both laughed and told us it was a joke. Some advice for you bosanic builders... When you apoligise, don't make excuses and lie. We received no emails and not one text or phone call was returned. You guys need to learn to be adults and accept when you make mistakes. And apologise sincerely. Shame on you Bosanac Builders. Jeff
