Been there twice, first time booked in for 2 new tyres and a wheel alignment. When I went to pick up car they hadn't done the wheel alignment, I had to wait around. Second time again needed a new tyre and wheel alignment. Tried to book in Saturday, was told "yeah just come on down". Got there 10:50am to find the place shut up tight. The hours advertised on the door are 9am - 3pm. They had my phone number, if they decided to go home early or not bother opening could have rung or texted me. Won't be going back.
