Wonderful 4 night stay here - the amenities are top notch with just about everything you could think of available in the apartments. Clean, tidy, comfortable and quiet. I would definitely recommend, and stay here again.

Superb views! Perfectly set up for families with excellent kitchen facilities. Spa is awesome and location perfection. Cleaners go above and beyond and staff are super helpful. Not much to fault really. Clean and nice. Not chic furnishings but best location!!

Beautifully clean and light apartment, made you feel good as soon as you stepped inside the door. The manager/staff member who greeted us was delightful and we really appreciated the time he took to inform and make us feel welcome.

Clean and modern. Great service. The amenities are great. We're definitely coming back. Perfect place to stay on a little holiday here in Paihia. Quick walk to the city centre.

We booked the 3-bedroom apartment. Very spacious, excellent facilities (although some getting a little dated), others are new. Master bedroom has king bed with walk in wardrobe and ensure. Parking for this apartment is great and is covered. Note: no additional parking for extra car or guests. Excellent views, close to Paihia central and wharf (15mins walk), Waitangi Countdown supermarket just 3mins walk. Beach just access the road. Maybe a bit pricey? But you get what you pay for. Recommended.

Overall, grateful for Logan and family's efforts in creating an accommodating, comfortable place to stay with great views and features. Thank you! Family owned and operated. Creatively helpful with onsite photos & guidebooks of many sights to see along with maps readily available, as well as staff providing guidance with timeframes to consider in planning adventures for the day. Accommodations slightly aged but well maintained with useful features, such as dish soap, laundry detergent, dishes, pots, pans, olive oil, coffee, tea, free standing hot water maker, coffee maker, etc. Thank you, again for lovely stay.

I booked my son and his kids here for 3 days but had to book elsewhere for me, my daughter and her kids at the Averill. Convenient to Waitangi grounds we could walk from Blue PA as parking was at a premium with the opening of the new museum and Waitangi Day but manager not very sympathetic! He made us move even though other vehicles parked up the hill at the entrance. No empathy at all for a 70 yr of kui, mokos in souring heat and whanau paying their greedy fees! Shame pakeha!
