Terrible camp site. We had the caravan and tent (Small OZ tent) small caravan and were put up the back in a cold and dark site. Sun was gone by 3pm and there were plenty of sites in full sun all day at the front by the units and by the chalets. Very dark at night to walk to the toilets across the green grass and could not see a thing. Horrible swimming at the beach....more a swamp with yucky sludge sand. Wished we had gone to Russell. Never mind. Toilets were clean and good kitchen but dark and cold.

Really good facilities! Clean toilet/showers with hot water and good pressure. Hairdryers are those small hotel type hairdryers that overheat quickly. There's a laundry, so bring coins. BBQ area is a bit small, only 2 BBQ available. There's a communal fridge. Pool is semi heated and well maintained. Tent grounds are nice and green. There is a good amount of shade available too. Beach is super still and perfect for a paddle. There's a kids playground, sandpit, giant chess board. Lovely walking path towards the town area. Would recommend Top 10
Loved this spot just south of the town. There is a seashore walkway into town. Friendly staff. Covid-19 has hit northland hard so it was good to give back. Spotless bathrooms and kitchen. Swimming pool.

sites small but this is typical being top ten accommodation. Nice pool and Good shower bathroom clean however WiFi is the let down point Painfully slow and keep disconnect all the time.
Great park. Would have given 5 starts if there is noise control. You can party all night, they won't interfere
Very small site for camper van/Motorhomes. We booked power site close to water suppose with good view to relax but ended up being invaded by group of South African with noisy cars, boats and screaming children crying all night what’s a nightmare. Wifi was useless despite of this is premium top ten. Never stay at top ten again.
