If i could give zero stars i would. Bought a brand new phone. Its faulty and have tried to return now in less than 2 weeks of owning the phone. The manager bluntly refusing to refund or replace. Basically saying that theyre store policy over rides nz consumer garuntee act. The manager selish is a absolute waste of space. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SHOP ITS NOT WORTH YOUR BUSINESS. DO NOT HAND OVER YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY

A great 2 degree store in Pakuranga! We met Shilesh a year ago amd then again this week. He was very helpful and kind. He made sure we knew our options and helped us make a choice. I would recommend this store!

Honestly the world's worst service ever. I am horrified that they are still operating. The staff refuse to help a customer when their products are faulty. They do not care about their customers, only happy to make a sale. I will never use 2 degrees nor buy from the store again.

Not very good service at all from the manager himself, I went in to ask why my phone shows no sim card inserted and they said either my phone is faulty or the sim card is faulty, I purchased the cell phone from them a couple weeks ago only to get told its faulty and the sim card is also brand new so there shouldn't be problems with the phone or sim card. Real poor customer service from shilesh and the staff, will never be going to that 2 degree store in pakuranga plaza ever again and certainly would not recommend anyone to go there for mobile technicalities or services either
