Always so much better when being served by a teenager, they are more polite and faster. The older workers I often see them standing around doing nothing. Teenagers in dine in and drive through are especially lovely fast efficient and polite. went Friday drive through and received very good service. The Indian managers always are standing around trying to look productive yet I see them on their phones. Do not recommend trying to call the store either as they never pick up or greet with attitude.

Got to the counter, asked not to be served burnt chicken as we got burnt chicken 2 weeks prior, got home, only box and 6 out of 10 chicken were burnt. Chickens were toasted hard and you can smell the burn in these chickens. The chips were awful. Not a pleasant meal, called 4 times to the store as I did not want to go back into the store and make a scene just incase they were busy, so yeah, chicken and chips are not going to be feed to the birds. Disgusting meal

Most useless fast food restaurant ever experienced. Had to go back multiple times because they forgot stuff and they still screwed up the burgers.

Staff are lovely, always serving at the window with a smile. Only disappointment is they always run out of chicken an hour before they close. Maybe inventory need to order more chicken or do a stock take and check their sales sheet. Otherwise workers are unfortunately too lazy to cook some more

Drive thru was slow during the lunch peak hour which isn't great if you're in a rush. Food quality was good

Often run out of chicken. Happened again tonight. Staff person on drive thru so off hand, almost rude when I asked the reason for the wait. And after the 12 minute wait chicken was soggy not crisp. Chip pack wasn't full. Not good enough again Pakuranga. Panmure always consistent and friendly.

The rudest staff staff I have ever encountered in my life. Absolutely appalling. The manager was worst of them all. Terrible attitudes and quite frankly unbearable. Highly recommend going anywhere else but here.
