By far and away the best Croissant you will get in Palmerston North. They do a range of other baked goods (farmers tart is amazing), including vegan lunches too. Just amazing! Great coffee as well, but the baking!! Oh my goodness!

Great coffee and best breads in town. The pastries are also to die for!! The shop itself is so cute and it feels great to even sit there waiting for the coffee to be ready. Highly recommend you get in early because they sell out quickly (it's that good!)!
