Shopping around for an Overlocker, I went to Bernina and received the best service ever. Excellent very patient staff who spent time with me demonstrating the machine and answering my questions. The machine is great, I really love it, but really it was the good old fashioned service that sold it. Looking forward to attending classes there!

The Best Bernina Shop, and totally recommend! Worth the trip up ( I live on the Kapiti Coast) so great excuse for girlfriends' day out. Excellent service, great team. Fred - Mechanic knows his trade (Yes he is a Fred!) and the gals Robin and Shirley always happy and helpful. Had a problem with my Aurora 440, rang earlier in week, and feared I would not be sewing for days! No such worry -"Bring it in Friday and it will be ready before 1pm".. It was! Thanks Fred. This Bernina shop is totally recommended
You girls have been such long time friends. Even living in the U.S. i enjoy my Bernina visit when ever i come home. There isnt a thing i can not stich with my Betnina! I just picked up a vintage mini matic lol....had a spare bobbin case, put it in turned machine on, fiddled with tension 5 seconds, sews like a champ....... poor little machine is in the doll making business now lol.
